The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Arconic’s compliance with the Privacy Shield. Arconic has the responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to certain exemptions, and in some cases dependent upon the processing activity we are undertaking, you have certain rights in relation to your personal data.
